Sister, Sister

Hellooooo!

I hope you all had a fantastic week! Thank goodness, gracious, goshness that it's Friday.

I know you are all pretty much already in cahoots with my sister Callie whose blog is known as, the Magical Bean...

BUT!

My other sister Kaitlyn just got one as well! I mean how amazing is that!! Kaitlyn is extremely cool and I think you'll love her... be sure to stop by her blog and have a looksie!

So I might as well tell you about my day today...

Today I took a break from schoolio.

Hey everybody needs a day off!

I hung out with my sisters whilst my brother was off at school.

Then we went to a forest/park near our house to go running

and let me just tell you...

it was FREEZING!

(here's a photo taken on one our runs of a pretty muscley runner...hehe)

We ended up getting back into the car, going home,

changing into pants, and then running by our house.

It was a pretty good run, I'm a little tired now

because I just got back,

but hopefully the rest of the day will be eventful.

*Fingers crossed*

I don't know if you guys have ever seen MTV's new show My Life as Liv...but I think I'm in love! I mean I'm not a big fan of MTV's usual shows, I personally wish they would go back to music videos... but whatever. I mean have you even attempted to watch Jersey Shore? Holy cow. That show is a disgrace to Americans...

But anyways this girl is so REAL! She's hilarious and doesn't care what people think of her. She's such an inspiration, I want to be more rebellious.

I'm thinking of painting my nails black! Ooh.. I'm a rebel! haha.

But in all seriousness, I do attend a high school in Texas and there are some girls that are as terrible as the "villians" of the reality show.

But not quite as many, I guess it's because I'm farther up north.

But the point of all rambling is to say...

Also in other news, I just thought I'd share some of the cool people I have discovered in the blogger world lately.

First off! There's a really awesome blogger named Molly! I just discovered her blog on a Diamond in the Rough feature! And I just LOVE it! I enjoy her descriptions of her daily life and her humor! You guys should check her blog out! It's simply lovely!

Then I also found Notebook Doodles a while back but I forgot to share! Man... this is one talented girlie. She draws all these cute little doodles and then adds notes about things that are happening in her life and has the cutest handwriting! Yeah that's her writing...not a font! WOoh! right? Have a looksie!

Then there's Lisa's Likes! This is another talented lady! And one with great fashion sense! Her blog is kind of fashion blog but it also includes entries about her life and whats going on around her.... stop by and see her stuff too! :)

What's a Girl to Do?

As I scroll from place to place, constantly clicking, I realize the reason I began this blog. Yes at first it was out of boredom but also it's because I want to be a writer. Er... at least I think I do. That's the problem.. I have no idea what I want to do with my future. Where do I want to go to college? What do I want to major in? Minor in? I have no idea.

I have interests of course but I can't see myself sticking to one final thing. Have you ever seen the movie Monster-In-Law? You know the one with Jennifer Lopez? LOVE that movie!! But anyways, she seemed to be doing okay as a temp. She never really settled on one thing and now I wonder is that my destiny? Will I be okay if I don't have one set job but rather many ones? Who knows... anyways here are some of my ideas for the future (I love making lists! I wonder if that could qualify as a job: official list maker extraordinaire! Hey it could work...haha)

1. a chef/baker- I love to cook

2. an environmentalist or some kind of humanitarian

3. a Journalist

4. a translator especially for the French language

5. become apart of the video making world

6. an inventor

7. a high school French teacher

8. a cat lady!! oh wait...I don't believe that's an occupation.. CURSES!

9. yeah that's all I got forget # 9

So yeah I have absolutely no idea what to do but I'm considering my options... and trying to find a solution. There's got to be one out there---I just haven't found it yet, or rather it hasn't found me yet--- :)

500 Days of Summer Dance, Dance

This is a really great movie! Kind of bittersweet but still really good.. :) I would recommend seeing it! This is one of my favorite parts..haha. It cracked me up...

My sister Callie makes the cutest little doodles! Many times when we're sitting at the computer we'll pass little post-it note doodles back and forth. As result I have many cute ones from her! Usually mine aren't quite as impressive..heehee.

Holiday Gift Swap Present Unwrapped

I know it's been forever since I've made a post..duly noted. It's unfortunate but school was been crazy lately... especially since the dreaded FINALS have begun *gasp*! But anyways! In all the terribleness of finals there was joy! Who knew!? I finally received my holiday gift swap present!! Eeeeeee!!! And I absolutely LOVE it!! Here's the lovely lady responsible from bringing it to me:

And my gift was all the way from Singapore!! How awesome is that?!

First off:
I got an adorable t-shirt which she says is from her school! I LOVE IT!

Then I got this lovely card! Which I made smaller so you couldn't read... hey I think letters are personal. haha. :)
But isn't she so talented? The santa is so cute... I'm impressed at her artsy skills.

Then I also got these cute pins! I wish you could read what they say but unfortunately I couldn't get a clear photo... grrrrrr...

but the one on the left says "NERD toward geek excellence"

and on the right it says, "adorkable <3">

I looooovvveeee pins! She knows me too well.. :)

Then I also received this pretty Paris inspired necklace!!
