Golden Teeth Desire

Somebody lend me 112 dollars QUICK!! There's only one gold tooth smile bracelet left on Fred Flare! Goodness me-what will I do without it? ;)

Moiht on Etsy

I was browsing through the photography section on Etsy and stumbled across a photo of three cups with hearts in them! I thought it was so beautiful, I just had to share it with you. All these lovely photographs came from a man named Tim on Etsy, whose shop is called Moiht. He lives in Buffalo, New York and took up photography because he truly enjoys doing it and he believes no one should go through life not doing something they love.
To see more of his work click here! :)

PS: If you'd like to see where any of the idividual photos came from just click on the photo and it should take you there..Blogger's been giving me issues..haha.

At a Loss With Books

"Books are the carriers of civilization…They are companions, teachers, magicians, bankers of the treasures of the mind. Books are humanity in print."- Barbara W. Tuchman
What a cool quote huh?
And I miss this...I miss reading. I really do enjoy books but unfortunately I haven't been able to find any good books in a long time. So with this in mind I must ask you: what are some of your favorite books? HELP!
PS: I have read all the Twilight books- please don't suggest these. hehe. They're pretty good books.. I enjoyed them. :)

Thanksgiving Glee

Whoooo hooooooooo!!!! It's thanksgiving break! That means 5 days off from school...finally a holiday. :) Last night I saw New Moon with my friend (I haven't seen her in like 2 years!). It was pretty good, I'm not a huge fan of Twilight but I did like spending time with my friend whom I haven't seen in what feels like forever.

Then today I caught up on all the Glee episodes that I missed. I love that show! But where's Emma? I wish they would include her more. I really liked how they sang "Defying Gravity" in the last episode that I saw. I am a huge fan of Wicked ( I have the soundtrack and have seen the play once- it was amazing). Above is the song that they sang.

Also my mom and I had a "Mommy and Me" day. hehe. My sisters were out of town and my brother was at a friend's house, so it was nice just spending time with her. We went shopping for some things I have needed for a while: new jeans and black flats for debate. Then after finding both, we went to Barnes and Noble, drank Starbucks and read a few good books and magazines. What a day! I hope all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I'm not really sure what my family is doing just yet... I'll post about that later once I find out. haha. Have a great day/week!

Birthday Bowling

Hello everyone!
It's been a while since I talked about what's been a happenin'! So here goes... Today I had a birthday party where we went out to eat and then went bowling. It was a lot of fun! I invited a couple of close friends and we ate and bowled our hearts out.
I am happy to say that I won both bowling games against my friends (not that it was a competition right right? ;). I'm just kidding! We weren't the best bowlers around.
Then later we also ate some delicious homemade cupcakes as you see above! Aren't they lovely? Thanks mommy for making them for me. Then tomorrow I have to work 7 hours at a debate tournament... I'm not too happy about that but I will support my team! Sigh.. but on a Saturday?
Well I hope you have a great weekend! Are you doing anything interesting?

The Short Journey of Life

Drifting through life,
All unaware.
Forgetful of
A starry night sky,
A good laugh,
The setting of the sun.
Until something snaps,
And you ask yourself:
Why are we living?
What purpose do we serve?
And then with the blink of an eye
It all disappears
The short journey of life
Has taken an end.
And now I must ask you:
How will you live yours?

Remembering Sunday

I went to a concert with my two sisters last week! Oh my gosh it was such a blast! We learned from a concert last year to always bring ear plugs to any concert and thank goodness we did. It was so loud! The energy that the crowd was giving off was just amazing. We were lucky enough to see All Time Low, Hey Monday, We the Kings, and Friday Night Boys. I just thought I'd share one of the songs we heard.

PS: The second video is from the actual concert! The first is the full song. Enjoy! :)
